01How do I pay?
We accept cash (EUR), credit cards, and bank transfer. Payment is made on location just before your ride. No deposit needed to book.
02What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety first — we may reschedule or offer a full refund if conditions aren't safe. We'll always let you know at least 2 hours before your booking if we need to adjust.
03Can I cancel my booking?
Yes — cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Weather-related cancellations always get a full refund or reschedule.
