General

By booking any activity or rental with Istria Safari, you agree to these terms. All activities are subject to weather conditions and operator availability.

Bookings & Reservations

Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or our booking form. A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from our team. No deposit is required — payment is made on location before the activity.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Weather-related cancellations by Istria Safari always receive a full refund or free reschedule.

Safety & Requirements

All participants must follow safety instructions given by our guides. Riders must be 18+ to operate jet skis or quads. Passengers are welcome from age 10 with a parent or guardian. A valid boat license (category B) is required for self-drive jet ski rentals. Life jackets are provided and mandatory on all water activities.

Liability

Participants are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or failure to follow safety instructions. Istria Safari carries liability insurance for all guided activities. We are not liable for personal items lost or damaged during activities.

Payment

We accept cash (EUR), credit cards, and bank transfer. All prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice — the price at the time of booking confirmation applies.

Photos & Media

We may take photos or videos during activities for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your guide before the activity begins.
